My little Angel ...for now....:P

Things that makes me smile and makes my day a little bit more brighter when I get back from work! (Things my daughter did this week:))

1) My daughter sticking a sticker on me and telling me to leave it there and than saying "Good Girl Mommy" :D

2) Putting my daughter in the room and leaving her there while I go to the kitchen and get her bottles and than hearing her scream "Mommy!!! Mommy!!!" and than when I open the door, she says in a teary voice " Mommy go outside I follow!!! mommy go inside I follow!!!" than expects a hug from me to confort her...which of course I give lah and than I say "Aiyo.....sorry lo" with my emphatatic face...and than she gives me a very big hug...(obviously I'm a very happy MOM!!!:P)

3) Me showing her my injured hand and she giving me a kiss on it to make it all ok!!! (I also minta manja bah....husband won't give so mintak from anak lah :P)

4) My daughter asking me all the "Why? Why? Why?" questions than when you give her an answer that she is satisfied with she says "Ohhhhhh!" and than gives you that really cheecky face which tells you that she was just giving you a hard time with the "Why's???".

5) My daughter coming home from the babysitter and singing to me "Rain Rain go away, come another day" obviously missing out the "again" and me trying to teach her the whole song by singing " Rain, rain go away, come again another day, little Johnny wants to play!" and she saying "Noooooo......little Sera wants to play!" :D

6) My daughter saying "Kakak Ashley's house big!" after leaving my friends house, than reaching home she says "Sera's house also big!" than coming even closer to the gate, she says "WOW! Sera's house BIG!!!":D Hahaha...cute leh :P

Those are just a few little things that makes me thank God for giving me such a beautiful child! Yes, she does get on my nerves sometimes but when she does things like the above, it covers for all that!!!

Seraphina in KL???

Just a short one today. I have yet to receive the pictures from the mini Olympic...but I sure did have a great fun. Sadly though that when i woke up this morning, the remembrance of the great fun I had was a distant thought to the aches in my body that I was facing. Especially my arms....aiyo!!! so painful and so lifeless....its a wonder I can still type...hahaha....

Anyway, that's not the topic for this blog, I'll put pictures up of the so called 'Mini Olympic' once I have them :D Ok, ok....back to my topic....

Now what I meant about Seraphina in KL is this!

This picture was taken by a friend of mine in the Curve in KL. She however has no idea what shop this was. Anybody have any idea??? Owner of the shop, of you are by any chance reading this blog, can you get me of the suspense and tell me what business your shop is into (I doubt though that you would have the time to read my blog, but than again, who knows :P)??? Cause the suspense is killing me and I'll only be able to go to KL in August...I'll probably die of suspense by than....hahaha....yes, I'm being a bit dramatic...hahaha...I'm sure I can make it till August if no one tells me by than...but again, it would be great if I could get an answer soon :P

Anyway, this was my friend's words to me when she emailed me the picture: "Can't remember whether was it a boutique or what, hehe. U go find out yourself when u go there la" Hahaha.....its strange how people can get so caught up with the name of a shop that they forget to find out what shop it was. She must have been so excited to take the picture so I was able to see...thanks babe! You are always so sweet!!! That was very thoughtful of you to take the picture :D. Now I'll have to go and hunt it down when i go to KL in August!!! :) And I'll remember to let you know what shop that is :)

Hmmm...you all must be wondering why on earth would I be so interested in the name of that shop, well, the reason is because of this!!! TA-DA!!!! Look at picture below:

And that's my little Seraphina!!! The spelling is exactly the same!!! How cool is that!!! But than again, I thought her name would have been so unique that not many people would even think about it. I guess I was wrong. Hmmm.....I guess that the Internet is to blame for this!!! :P

Anyway, just for additional information, not that you all would be interested at all, but hey, read on if you feel like it or stop if you don't...its really up to you....:D So here it is:

My daughters full name is Seraphina Jewel Supang Solomon....long leh! The reason why I gave her the name 'Seraphina Jewel' its because it means, "An intense love for the Holy Trinity from the Precious One". Of course when I chose that name, I wanted her to be just that and to have a great love for God. Hopefully with proper guidance and love, she will turn out to be a beautiful girl with a beautiful heart. I guess that's what all parents hope for.

Additional Info: The name Seraphina comes from the word Seraphim and they are angels who worship God continuously. Cool kan!!! Cool for me lah...maybe not for you all...haha...

The Little Monster!!!

I'm doing this particular blog as a request from a good friend in Penang (you know who you are babe!!!). Now this is my little girl, I REPEAT! MY LITTLE GIRL!!! Don't ask me why she looks like a boy, I seriously have no idea.

Maybe its because during my pregnancy, people kept telling me that I'm going to have a boy and they come to that conclusion by looking at my stomach shape. I thought that was pretty cool though....hahaha...but that just proves that it doesn't matter what the shape of your stomach is, you could still very likely have a girl :) And that's what I have!!! Didn't want to scan to find out the gender but I always wanted to have a girl....so when I was going through my ceasarean (couldn't push her out cause my pelvic bone just wouldn't expand and I think she was a pretty big baby for my size at 3.1kg (note I'm not even 5 foot tall) I was rushed from the labour room to the operation room for an emergncy ceasarean) and waiting for her to come out to find out whether its a boy or a girl, you cannot believe how HAPPY I was when I found out it was a GIRL!!! She was a dream come true!!!

To cut the story short and not go through all the gory details....let me introduce to you my daughter. She is 2 years 5 months old and a little monster...but nevertheless a really cheeckily cute one. Her name is SERAPHINA JEWEL SUPANG SOLOMON (Yeah I know, I know, I got carried away when it came to giving her a name...haha...she'll probably be upset with me once she starts school), she's My little Angel (at times lah!).

Now I'm a Chinese Eurasian (should have been called ChiSian) and her Dad is Kelabit, so therefore she is a CHIBIT (Chinese Kelabit) hahahaha....such a cute name for a race, don't you all think? Anyway, Here she is!!!
