Why does this always happen??? Why ah???

Hey peeps....sorry haven't written for awhile. Been very busy with work and I think after the my surgery, I seem to get tired very easily. Plus the fact that my period went bonkers this month after the surgery. I thought I was bleeding to death...hahaha...yes yes I'm over exaggerating ...but it was a lot!!!

Sorry for being so informative....hahaha....anyway, I had to change my pad every two to tree hours for the first 3 days. I got so worried that by the 3rd day I called my Doc's office but he wasn't in. So I got the lady nurse working there to get him to call me back the next morning. However, the next morning when I got the call from his office, my bleeding had subsided. WHY AH? Why always like that ah??? When you finally call the doc and get through to him, it always so happen that everything is ok already.

Another example of this that happen the same week as the above was when I called the Astro installation person because I could only see the blank screen for all my astro channel the morning after the thunder storm. I looked high and low for an astro installation guy's number, which I finally found. So I told him to drop by during lunch to check what's wrong with my astro. He did drop by and guess what??? MY ASTRO WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE!!! And the worst part was, I still had to pay him for just switching off and on my astro.....AHHHHHH!!! Why does that always happen??? It so "MURPHY'S LAW"!!!

Anyway, besides that nothing else happen. Am trying to get pregnant now and hopefully I get lucky this first time round ;) I will be the happiest person in this planet earth if that really did happen....:D Wish me all the best!!!

By the way, have I ever introduced to you my 3 beautiful dogs??? Well, here they are....TA-DA!!!

This is Princess Pink Paw...the climbing puppy I mentioned about a few blogs ago. She's a bit bigger now so she can't climb anymore... :P We adopted her from my mom's friend who travels a lot so couldn't take care of her....

And here is Fluffy with her head out of the gate, my mom picked her up from the shoplot behind out house. The one next to her is Lulu our white albino dog :D, whose mom was our dog but died off mouse poisoning when we were trying to kill of the mouse in our house...so sad kan??? That's why we don't use that anymore....:( They are all local dogs but they are very much loved by us. Cute or not???

Resting at home is so BORING!!!

Still resting at home and getting bored cause I'm unable to do anything. All I do is watch tv and sleep...and can you imagine that the doctor gave me two weeks medical leave!!! What am I going to do peram at home!!!

Ahhhhhhhh...I'll go crazy!!! Hahaha...anyway, I don't care, I'm going back to work on Monday. I work in an office and I sit all day anyway so there is no harm I can do to myself...true or not? At least then I'll be productive finishing up my work then staying at home :D

Last night hubby was so funny, I was sleeping on my right side and he said "Can sleep like that kah?" and I said "Can, why? You think my insides will all fall to the right is it?" and he said "Yah!" and I started laughing and he started laughing too....hahaha...so funny him. I can't blame him if he thinks the inside of me is so fragile after the operation. I was worried too at first but then I couldn't sleep straight all the time. My bum keeps getting numb...so screw it, hahaha...I slept which ever direction I wanted to. I'm still ok today so that means nothing fell apart inside...phew... :D

Oklah..that's it from me...back to trying to rest....or facebooking...haha....

Surgery a success, I may say...and I'm Still ALIVE!!!

First of all, Thank You Lord for keeping me alive!!! :D You're the best!!!

Ok, now to my actually topic, I'm finally out of Columbia Asia and recovering at home...so much for wanting to be discharge on the same day...unfortunately Dr.Mattu didn't agree with that....hahhaha...and I suppose he knows best :D.

Anyway, the good news is that he has manage to unblock one of my tubes, the left one that was clubbed. But he also did say that due to it being clubbed, the tube had some damages and he did what he could. He did also mention that if I do miss my period, to make sure to check with him immediately just in case it might be another ectopic pregnancy again and he can try and save my tube again. So its good to go for now!!! My factory is now open again for production :P. Let's pray that a little angel comes along in the next few months and I'll be the happiest person alive and I think my daughter would be very excited as well....cause she has been asking for a brother and sister for so long already :D.

So fingers cross and lots and lots of prayers from now on :). Even though the percentage of getting pregnant is still low...but its still a way higher percentage than it previously was....so am happy nevertheless. And like I said previously, if nothing happens then at least I can say I tried rather then regretting for not doing it :D

Going for Laparoscopic Surgery in 2 Days Time...and Hoping for the BEST!!!

Last week I decided that I might as well get my fallopian tubes fixed, so I met up with Dr.Mattu last Monday to arrange a schedule to do so.

So my laparoscopic surgery to fix my tubes will be done this Thursday. Please do pray for me so that it would be a success and I will be able to conceive again and get the miracle baby that I have been longing for :D. Well, if it isn't successful and I don't get pregnant, well at least I can said I tried, rather than not doing anything about it and regretting in the future...true kan??? So whatever it is, I'm all go for the surgery and will be optimistic about it!!! After that, I'll leave it up all to God and his plans for me :D.

For those of you who have not followed me previously, I'll give you a quick update on the reason for the surgery. In Dec 2008 I had an ectopic pregnancy. Lost the baby (obviously) and my right tube burst. Therefore it had to be stitched up. So one tube down. Then apparently the doctor found out that my left tube was clubbed....and that meant, I have two tubes down....doctor said chances of getting pregnant is very very low (my translation for that is, its close to nothing...probably like 0.1% chance). Despite what she said, I've been trying to get pregnant for the last year....and obviously not successful. Therefore my decision for the surgery :D. Can't do IVF cause its against the Catholic church...so fingers cross!!! Woohoo!!! So that's the story!

Anyway, I'm hoping to check-into Columbia Asia in the afternoon and Check-out in the evening on the same day :). That way I get to go home and sleep on my 'ever so comfortable bed' instead of the 'ever so hard bed' in Columbia...:P.

I can't wait for it to be over!!! Will let you know how it turns out on Friday and what the doctor says :D.

Determination on her part is all I can say to her abilities to do what she did....

TA-DA!!! The Tinkerbell Costume I MADE (out of Recycled Materials)!!!

Finally it was the Fancy Dress day and I finally manage to modify her recycle tinkerbell costume to stay on her and make her look all cute ;). But trust me it wasn't easy!!! She didn't win anything though as some parents were way more creative than I was!!! I am however very very very proud of her as she was so brave to go up the stage without even being nervous. She was more excited than anything else...good for her :D. Much as I may hate to admit it, my daughter has grown up way too fast for my liking :(.

This is my little girl in her tinkerbell outfit that I made!!! Not bad le...at least she looked really cute!!! ;) I even made her shoes!!! She was the first participant to go up, hence the number 1 tag on her...this was taken in the room where they changed into their costumes...

That's Sera and the mermaid!!! More creative le the other mom :P I should have thought of making yellow hair for Sera as well...hahaha...

Here we have Tinkerbell, Batman, and Wall-E!!! They all look so cute don't they!!!

That's my girl! All smiley with her straw wand, which was pretty useful as a fan to fan her self when she was up there as it was pretty hot that morning...

Tinkerbell and the Mermaid with their prizes...the mermaid was 4th and my daughter got no number...kesian....hahaha....but nevertheless everyone got something to take home and she was more than happy with it....the mom AKA me however was not very happy...hahaha...cause my costume didn't win anything!!! After all the work I put into it!!! Hahaha....sigh....can't win everything can we :P

And here is a picture of one of the Level 3 girls....she won 1st place. If you look closer you will see that the mermaid skirt she is wearing is made out of the can opener thingy...I have no idea where the mom manage to get so many of those neither can I imagine how long it took for her to sew it on. But kudos to the mom....all the effort was worth it!!! Unlike mine...hahaha :P

Her full name is Princess Panda Pink Paw....hahaha...the name was given to her by her first owner who couldn't keep her cause she travelled a lot....it was initially Princess Pink Paw....then when my daughter saw it, she added the Panda into it. Tinker Bell Costume & Earth Hour....hmmmm

So much for trying to update this blog on a daily basis...hahaha....was too busy yesterday to get this updated so I'm doing it today :D.

I've been trying to complete my daughters costume and I was right in my expectation that even though I thought it would be easy to make, it wasn't as easy as I thought it was :(. However her tinker bell costume is almost complete. I have her skirt, top and wings done but I have yet to get her shoes done. Sigh...that I got to do tomorrow. Won't do it today cause if I were to continue, I'll probably start screaming at my daughter and my husband if they even utter a word to me....hahaha...yes, I was getting pretty irritated with trying to make the costume stay on my daughter and to not tear at the same time. Anyway, that part is over and I've decided to use sticky tape on that day to keep her costume on and double tape to keep the wings on. I hope it stays on!!!...It would be so embarrassing for her if it fell apart when she was in the middle of the stage. Aiyo! if that happened, I don't think she would live it down and I don't think she would forgive me le. I better make sure the tape is super super sticky!!!

You know, I seriously hope that all the other parents are having as much difficulty as I am....hahaha...so mean lah me :P. I wonder who came up with the idea in the school for the costume to be made by recyclables???

Anyway, I'm pretty exhausted already and am going to go to bed in a bit. I also did my part in Earth Hour just now and got all the lights in my house off...woohoo! You know, I think in the future Miri should have an event to countdown to the Earth Hour at the Miri City Fan or something like that. Then we could all gather there and do the countdown and see the lights off in Miri town. Then we could just sit there and enjoy ourselves by looking at the stars!!! How cool would that be??? Of course we would probably be feeding the mosquitoes...hahaha....but we could bring our own mosquito repellent, so that is not an issue...true or not???

So anybody up for organizing it for 2011???

WOOHOO!!!! I'm Back!!! After 7 Months of Disappearing!!!

Like the title says "WOOHOO!!! I'm back!!!"

You have no idea what I have gone through the last 7 months!!! I thought I was going to lose my job but by some miraculous intervention I got to keep my job!!! How cool is that!!! Isn't God good!!! You know how long I had to wait, before they finally told me I got my job back??? 2 whole months!!! And the worst part was, I even got an email that told me that I didn't get the job!!! It's a good thing I didn't get a heart attack from that....hahaha...and its a good thing I had the right mind to check with my boss first!!! So in actual fact, that email was wrongly sent by HR...go figure!!!

Well, I have nothing to complain about now. I still have my job and I'm perfectly happy where I am now!!! :D I have a fantastic boss....I mean seriously he is...and I must say I'm very blessed :D.

So, that was all the HOOHAA that has been going on in my life.

The next HOOHAA in my life is my daughters fancy dress DISNEY competition in school. The worst part to this is that, the costume has to be made by recycled material!!!

Anyway, she first wanted to go as tinker bell, and I thought to myself 'Hey, I can do that, easy peasey!', then a few weeks later she said she wanted to go as Snow White...and I thought 'Great! how in the world am I going to make that'. So, I searched the internet for some interesting ideas, and guess what!!! THERE WAS NONE!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Then I started thinking of what other cartoons that disney has produced and thought of BUGS LIFE!!! And I thought to myself, 'Hey! she could be the lady bird!!! That's easy to make!'. So I converted my thoughts into words to my daughter and it was a NO-GO for her....hahaha....so I had to persuade her to go as Tinker Bell rather than Snow White cause I think Tinker Bell is so much easier to make!!!

So I said, 'Lets stick to being Tinker Bell' and she said, 'I want Snow White cause my friend is going as Snow White!', and I said 'But if your friend is going as Snow White you should go as something else so you get a chance to win! if you go as Snow White like her, then you might not win cause there would be too many Snow White!', and then she said 'Ok!!!'

YEAY!!! VICTORY FOR ME!!! So it's tinker bell I would do!!! Let's just hope she will be the only tinker bell....hahaha....*fingers cross*

Now I have 4 days to do it!!! Apparently most of the parents have completed theirs already!!! Well I know for sure that my Cousin has got her son's costume done already!!! Good on you babe!!! But not so good for me.....hahahaha...that's what happens when you procrastinate!!! I'm going to start doing it today!!! Wish me luck!!! Lets hope it is as easy to do as I think it would be...haha. I have a feeling that it just ain't going to be the way I expect it to be :P I'll have a picture of it posted here once it is done... :D.
