Her First Day of SCHOOL!!! :D

So yah! Last week was my daughter's first day of school....she was so excited to go and we thought everything would be just fine!

And you know being a mother, I was also as excited as her and worried at the same time cause I takut she would start crying. I took a day off that Monday to see how she was coping....and when we first reach there she was so excited...she went into the classroom and started taking some toys to play with and she could say bye and she even gave me a kiss.... anyway, here's some picture of her when she first entered the class and still smiling....

See, she still look so happy :D

...And, still happy :)...if only that two little boys didn't start crying...:P

Than more and more kids came and then one boy started crying and then another boy started crying then we could see she was getting scared. Then she would let my hand go and she kept on telling me to stay. I told her to make friends but I think she was terrified cause the teacher was trying to comfort the two boys who were struggling to break free...it was not a very interesting sight for a girl her age...hahaha....so obviously it freaked her out...poor girl....bear in mine she just turn 3 in December so all this kids are probably older than her....

We somehow manage to say bye to her with her very sad face and she thought we were standing outside looking through the window...we however decided to walk one round around the school and than come back and see how she was doing. When we came she was crying and asking for me.....so kesian....but we decided to just leave her and hope the teacher would be able to comfort her. Good thing is that the class ended at 10am that day and when we left her there, it was 8.30pm. When we came back to pick her up, she was still crying....so kesian her....apparently she didn't stop crying from the time we left...but she of course stopped when she saw us.

That afternoon I had to talk to her and tell her that she has to go to school and that she shouldn't cry cause she's a big girl already....and she said "Ok!", that was a relief for me...however, at night when we were about to sleep she told me she didn't want to go to school. So there was quite a commotion as I was trying to persuade her to go to school the next day and she was crying cause she didn't want to. At the end of it all, I had to tell her that if she doesn't go, the police will come and take her away....so she was of course terrified and said she will go to school. I know that's mean but that was the only way. At first I told her that the police will take me and my hubby away and that she would have to stay with her babysitter...and she said "ok" and that she was ready to go to the babysitter...and when she said that, it was 9pm at night already. So, that obviously didn't work as she was willing to sacrifice her parents to not go to school...haha...sad lah. The next day when she went to school....the teacher had to pull her away from me but she stop crying awhile later (that's what the teacher said lah) and when we picked her up she looked pretty happy...so that was a relief. She told us that she sang and dance :D.

Anyway, on the third day she didn't cry, on the fourth day, she gave me a very sad face that look like she was about to cry, and on the fifth day it was the same as the fourth day. Finally today, we left her with no problem at all. I guess she has already accepted the fact that even though she cries, it wouldn't make a difference. But there was one boy who was still crying...poor him...when the mom sends him, he will cry and when the mom picks him up he will cry...kesian....

Today when we picked her up, she was very happy cause she was going to stay home with her grandmother. Almost the whole of last week, she went to the babysitter (her aunty) and most of the time when we left her, she was crying.....I guess I was on leave for so long (almost 1 month) with her at home that she didn't want to go back to the babysitter again. But the babysitter said that after we were out of sight she immediately stopped crying. I guess she just wanted to be at home and not at the babysitters house...:D. Well, my mom has decided to take care of her in the afternoon's now cause my mom feels so sorry for her. You know how grandmothers are...cannot see the grandchild cry wan...:P

So, that's my story for today! :D

Ta for now!!!
